3.25mm (US 3) circular needle or double-pointed needles for working a small circumference in the round.
TENSION/GAUGE:
26 sts and 34 rows to 10cm (4in) measured over st st using 3.25mm (US 3) needles.
GARMENT MEASUREMENTS:
Circumference: 40 [45: 48] cm (15.75 [17 .75: 19] in). Height: 20 [22: 24] cm (7.75 [8.75: 9.5] in)
