YARN:
The Fibre Co. Amble (70% wool, 20% alpaca, 10% recycled nylon, 325 m (355 yds) per 100g hank) – 1 [1: 1: 1: 1: 1: 1: 1: 1: 2: 2] hanks.
Approximate yardage: 120 [140: 160: 180: 220: 240: 260: 300: 320: 360: 380] m (130 [155: 175: 200: 240: 265: 285: 330: 350: 395: 420] yds)
Note: If you wish to work a much longer leg, Sizes 8 and 9 will likely need another hank of yarn.

NEEDLES:
2.25mm (US 1) circular needle or double-pointed needles for working a small circumference in the round
2.5mm (US 1.5) circular needle or double-pointed needles for working a small circumference in the round (or size to obtain gauge)

TENSION/GAUGE:
32 sts and 44 rnds to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st using 2.5mm (US 1.5) needles.
