The Ortofon Q.Bert OM Single is a Mounted Cartridge with Spherical Stylus. The Ortofon QBert Mounted Cartridge with Spherical Stylus can be mounted on the headshell (headshell not included), features a spherical stylus, and is codesigned by world-renowned DJ / turntablist QBert. The stylus is engineered to handle tough turntablist techniques, as well as basic scratching and back-cueing while delivering the superb sound quality and minimal vinyl wear. Q.Bert features a more subdued high end, which helps to minimize surface noise from worn vinyl, and an accentuated mid-range to help bring scratching to the front of the sound stage. The Q-Bert has a supreme ability to trace the grooves of your records and it is tailored specifically for scratch. Due to its enormous output, it is perfect for scratch of all music with deep bass frequencies.
