Baa Ram Ewe Reedmace Hat Kit

Reedmace is a beautifully textured cable hat designed by Rachel Coopey.  The wildflower Reedmace, also know as bulrush, has brown, sausage-shaped seed heads which bend and swoop in the wind.

The Reedmace Hat Leaflet is knitted in the lovely Pip Colourwork. This pattern uses 3 balls to make the beautiful pictured hat, shown in the vibrant Viking.

In addition to a printed pattern, this kit also includes the following yarn:

• Viking – 2 balls
• Bishopthorpe – 1 ball is required for a 7 cm [2¾ in] pompom

You will need a 2.5mm/ US 1.5 circular needle, 32"/40cm long or 2.5mm/US 1.5 set of five double-pointed needles and a a 2.75mm/ US 1.5 circular needle, 32"/40cm long or 2.75mm/US 1.5 set of five double-pointed needles. You'll also need a cable needle and a stitch marker.
